Followers of the Golden State Warriors are eagerly awaiting the official schedule for the upcoming NBA season.
There is a lot riding on the schedule: the team just won the Finals and they have a lot to prove and a lot of competitors looking to take them down.
We still don’t know the full schedule but we have gotten our first look at Christmas Day in the NBA.
And Warriors fans need to set aside time later in the day because they’ve got a treat waiting.

The Warriors will square off against the Memphis Grizzlies on December 25, 2022.
Other teams playing on Christmas will be the Milwaukee Bucks versus the Boston Celtics, the Philadelphia 76ers against the New York Knicks, the Phoenix Suns against the Denver Nuggets, and the Los Angeles Lakers battling the Dallas Mavericks.
Those are some pretty fantastic matchups but the showdown between the Warriors and Grizzlies will be the most exciting.
Anyone who watched the last postseason knows that.
Christmas Clash
The Warriors and Grizzlies went head-to-head during the playoffs last season and there were some serious fireworks.
There were ejections, smack-talking, blowout wins, and nail-biters.
All in all, it was quite a series and very exciting for fans of both teams.
It feels that a new rivalry was born between these squads and this ensures that their Christmas showdown will be a must-see one.
Currently, the Warriors are the odds-on favorites to win against the Grizzlies but this young Memphis team has impressed before so they could do so again.
No matter who wins on Christmas Day, the Warriors-Grizzlies game will be a real gift.
