The Golden State Warriors missed Stephen Curry when he sat out of Tuesday night’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Sadly, they will have to be without him for at least a few more days.
On Wednesday afternoon, the Warriors released a statement saying that Curry, who was suffering from right knee soreness on Tuesday, underwent an MRI.
The MRI did not reveal any structural damage, but Curry will still miss Thursday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder and will be re-evaluated at some point later this week.

The Warriors will have to carry on without Curry, who has been having yet another sensational season.
The 35-year-old guard has averaged 30.7 points and 3.9 assists on 48.8% from the field.
He has easily been the best player for the team, which currently has a 6-6 record.
Curry sat out of Tuesday night’s game, which meant it was a chance for other players on the team to step up and prove they could carry the squad.
Two stars stood out the most: Dario Saric and rookie Brandin Podziemski.
Saric scored 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists while Podziemski put up 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists.
Chris Paul also chipped in with 15 points while Moses Moody was solid with 11 points.
It still wasn’t enough and the loss of both Klay Thompson and Draymond Green really hurt the team.
In the end, they fell 104-101 to the Timberwolves.
The Thunder are a young, fast, powerful team and the Warriors will have to make plans to beat them even without their star player.
Hopefully, Curry will return soon after that.
