The Golden State Warriors have been through a lot this season, between a number of tough losses and the passing of their beloved assistant coach Dejan Milojevic.
The team is still reeling from Milojevic’s death because he was a huge part of the coaching staff and culture.
Anthony Slater is reporting that head coach Steve Kerr will not be with the Warriors on Monday night during their game against the Utah Jazz.
Instead, he will be in Serbia to attend services for Milojevic.
Along with Kerr will be Mike Dunleavy, Chris DeMarco, Ron Adams, Zaza Pachulia, and Rick Celebrini.
In his place, Kenny Atkinson will lead the Warriors during their game against the Jazz.

This classy move from Kerr and his staff once again shows just how much Milojevic meant to the team.
Although he had only been with Golden State for a couple of years, he became a close mentor to many members.
Milojevic died on January 17 in Salt Lake City, following a heart attack that he suffered in the middle of a team dinner.
The entire NBA sent messages of love and support to the team following the tragedy, and several games were postponed to allow them to mourn.
Upon their return, the Warriors’ court and jerseys were adorned with references to Milojevic.
After weeks and weeks of trouble, the Warriors have been playing much better lately and have won four games in a row.
They are set to battle against the Jazz on Monday, followed by the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
It is expected that Kerr will be back with the team at that point.
