After Stephen Curry’s latest explosive game, Shaquille O’Neal asked if people should talk about him as the greatest player of all time.
Some fans felt that O’Neal was off base and that Curry isn’t the GOAT while others think he should certainly be part of the conversation.
Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr shared his opinion about O’Neal’s claim.
Speaking to 95.7 The Game, Kerr said he agreed with O’Neal.
“Love that. I think the argument that maybe isn’t even an argument, is he the most skilled player of all time…I just look at Steph as the most skilled basketball player I’ve ever seen,” Kerr said.

Kerr’s words mean a lot because he has worked with some of the best basketball players ever.
It’s important to remember that this is a man who has studied the game for decades and played with Michael Jordan.
Yet, Kerr thinks that Curry is more skilled than anyone else and there are many people who agree with him.
Just a few days ago, Curry looked like an MVP again during an overtime win against the Boston Celtics.
Curry scored 33 points and 6 assists and went 6-of-11 from the three-point line, including a mind-blowing clutch shot in the final seconds of the game.
The four-time champion is 35 years old and yet his skills haven’t waned as he has grown older.
He remains the best player on his team and is still putting up 28.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game, even against much younger teams.
The debate about him being the best of all time will continue long after Curry retires but it’s clear that many people, including his coach, think he is certainly in the running for the greatest to ever play.
