It’s been a great year for Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors.
Yes, he and his team won the NBA Finals and Curry was named Finals MVP for the first time.
Additionally, Curry had a great regular season and became the all-time best three-point shooter in the history of the league.
Curry has just been getting Ws with everything he does.
His latest victory might be his most important and honorable one yet.

Thirteen years after leaving the school, Curry has graduated from Davidson College in a ceremony commemorating his career.
A large crowd was on hand to celebrate the 34-year-old superstar, who accomplished the final course needed to earn a Bachelor of Science in May.
Of course, back in May, Curry was busy so he wasn’t able to graduate with the rest of his class.
Curry, who now has a degree in Sociology, was all smiles when he was given his diploma.
It’s yet another huge win for one of the best basketball stars of all time.
College Curry
Curry did more than get his degree from Davidson this week: his number 30 jersey was retired by the school as well.
He was also inducted into Davidson College’s Hall of Fame.
This makes Curry the first Davidson athlete in any sport to have his jersey number retired.
The school has a rule that athletes must have a degree for a jersey to be retired.
Now that Curry has graduated, had his number retired, and has experienced one of the best summers ever, he is looking ahead to the 2022-23 NBA season.
Curry and his squad will have a lot on their plate: of course, they will want to win another championship but they’ll have a big target on their backs and will have more competition than ever before.
Now they’ll be led by an official college graduate.
