The Golden State Warriors continue to face adversaries in the 2023-24 NBA season following their most recent defeat against the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Warriors vs. Lakers game lived up to the hype built around it due to falling in the NBA Rivals week.
Speaking of the matchup, Stephen Curry was his usual dominant self despite suffering a 144-145 defeat at the hands of the Purple and Gold in the 2023-24 NBA season.
Considering the fact that Curry dropped more than 40 points in a game that went until double-overtime, it’s no surprise that the veteran point guard was frustrated after the loss.
So much so that Stephen Curry was seen ripping his jersey while walking back to the locker room after a hard-fought battle, as revealed via 95.7 The Game on Twitter.

Curry hardly loses his calm when his back is put against the wall, but even the 35-year-old superstar was bound to show his frustration at some point during the 2023-24 NBA season.
After all, Curry is playing at an elite level, but he has little to no support from his teammates.
Even against the Lakers, Curry had 46 points, 3 rebounds, and 7 assists in 43 minutes of playing time.
Moreover, he shot 48.6% from the field, albeit going 9-of-21 from the three-point line.
One of the key reasons behind Curry’s frustration after the loss was the free-throw disparity between the two sides.
The Dubs shot just 16 free throws, while the Lakers were awarded 43 trips to the charity stripe.
Following the loss vs. the Lakers, the Warriors are now 19-24 this season.
