The Golden State Warriors may have had their biggest win of the season on Tuesday night, beating the Boston Celtics 132-126 in overtime at home.
It was an important win for several reasons, particularly because it at least temporarily silenced the critics who say the team’s era of greatness has come to an end.
Following the game, Stephen Curry spoke with the press and said that he’s not too bothered by the people calling on the front office to break up the team’s roster.
“It’s been like that for years now,” Curry said, according to 95.7 The Game.
“They always find something to nitpick, and that’s because there’s expectations for us to win,” Curry added.

Tuesday night’s game provided some impressive moments from multiple stars.
Klay Thompson scored 24 points while Jonathan Kuminga put up 17 points and 7 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Chris Paul scored 9 points and 12 assists, and Moses Moody, Dario Saric, and Trayce Jackson-Davis all scored in double digits.
But it was Curry who had the biggest night, once again.
He scored 33 points and 6 assists and went 6-of-11 from downtown, including a magical three-pointer in the closing seconds of overtime.
That last three-pointer was probably the best moment of the season so far, and it looked like vintage Warriors.
After a game like Tuesday’s, some people may forget about the problems that have bothered the team all season.
It wouldn’t be wise to ignore the issues that have been nagging the Warriors but maybe they are moving past them.
Maybe the front office will stick with this current lineup for a bit longer because of how the team played against the Celtics.
Curry isn’t focusing on all the noise around his team, and he is instead just trying his hardest to score more wins.
