The Golden State Warriors experienced some of their best times with Kevin Durant.
With KD on the roster, the franchise won back-to-back Finals and was the most dominant team in the league.
Of course, they have also done quite well without Durant, considering they won yet another Finals back in June with Durant across the country playing for the Brooklyn Nets.
When it was announced that Durant wanted out of his contract with the Nets back in June, some people assumed that he would return to the Bay Area and play for the Warriors again.
In the end, Durant stuck with the Nets but apparently, Warriors superstar Stephen Curry doesn’t have a problem with Durant coming back.
According to an exclusive interview between Steph Curry and @RollingStone, the Golden State Warriors explored a blockbuster trade for Kevin Durant this summer.
Curry's response when asked if he would be ok with playing Kevin Durant again:

Speaking with Rolling Stone, Curry admitted that he is more than okay with Durant possibly suiting up for the Warriors:
“If you said, ‘KD is coming back, and we’re gonna play with him,’ I had so much fun playing with him those three years, I’d be like, ‘Hell, yeah!'”
Well, Durant isn’t coming back but it’s good to hear that Curry feels no animosity toward his former teammate.
Stay Golden
After Durant left the Warriors for the Nets several years ago, some assumed there was bad blood between him and his former crew.
He wasn’t spoken about too much by the remainder of the Warriors and Durant himself only made a few comments about his time with Golden State.
Those comments weren’t too in-depth but Durant did mention that he was never entirely at home with the Warriors and felt a bit like an odd man out alongside Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and the rest of the team.
According to Curry, everything is totally fine and he’d even play with Durant again.
Instead, he will play against him when the new season begins.
