In just a few days, basketball fans will witness two titans of shooting compete against one another.
Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors and Sabrina Ionescu of the New York Liberty will face off in a three-point contest during All-Star Weekend.
The two competitors spoke to one another about the upcoming competition and talked about who should shoot first and who should shoot second.
According to the video shared by the NBA, Curry seems interested in going after Ionescu.
“There’s a different rush when you’re going last,” Curry said.

Both Curry and Ionescu seem very excited about this event, and they’re not alone.
Fans of the NBA and WNBA are eager to see who comes out on top and by what margin.
These are easily the two most impressive three-point stars in their respective leagues.
Curry is a two-time winner of the NBA three-point challenge and Ionescu won the three-point contest in the last WNBA All-Star Game.
During that event, she scored 37 of a possible 40 points, which broke Curry’s record of 31 points.
When she pulled off that incredible feat, she challenged Curry on social media and the two spoke to each other about possibly competing.
Now, just months later, they are facing off against each other.
Originally, Ionescu was set to shoot from the WNBA’s shorter three-point line but she later requested that she shoot from the NBA line just like Curry.
That means that the two players will be completely equal on the court on Saturday night.
Many people will be tuning into All-Star Weekend for a number of reasons but this competition between Curry and Ionescu might end up being the highlight.
