It sounds like Chris Paul is fitting in quite well with the Golden State Warriors.
According to comments from Stephen Curry, Paul has brought his special brand of basketball knowledge to the team.
“We’ve seen him play for a very long time, and it’s nice that it’s getting directed at us in a way that we can accept it versus how it used to be,” Curry said about Paul, via 95.7 The Game.
Curry said that Paul has been communicating clearly with the whole team, even challenging them at times and pushing them to make the right sort of enhancements and changes.

For years, Curry has been the leader of his team but he seems very open to the idea of Paul taking on that role too.
This isn’t surprising because Paul has led multiple squads during his years in the league.
Paul obviously has a strong set of skills but also a wonderfully deep understanding of the game.
As he gets older, he has become more of a player-coach and will embrace that role a lot during his time with Golden State.
It is surprising but encouraging to hear that Curry is accepting Paul’s leadership.
Is there a chance that the addition of Paul to the team could actually make Curry even better?
When the team signed Paul in the summer, some people were concerned and felt that he would play a redundant role within the roster.
The Warriors already had Curry so why did they need another point guard like him?
But Curry’s comments show that Paul is bringing more than just his shooting skills to the team.
