The Golden State Warriors are the current reigning champions of the NBA and easily one of the most dominant and commanding franchises in league history.
While many people talk about Stephen Curry and his unparalleled skills, there is more to the team than simply their sharp-shooting leader.
Take Draymond Green and Klay Thompson, for example.

They are the only players in NBA history to have won 70% of their playoff games.
This pairing just goes to show that the Warriors are a deep, powerful, sometimes unstoppable team.
And their chances of being unstoppable again in the new season are very high.
Warriors Reigning
The real challenge ahead for this team is to return to the Finals and attempt to win back-to-back championships.
That’s a tall order, even for a team as great as this one.
It’s made harder by the fact that Green is currently playing hardball with the Warriors, hoping to get a maximum contract extension that would cost them more than $160 million.
Green thinks he’s worth that and there are many who say he is, while others say he is producing diminishing results as he grows older.
But the numbers speak for themselves and it’s obvious that Green has been a part of the team’s massive triumphs over the last few years.
He is an integral part of the team’s culture and its camaraderie.
Along with Thompson and Curry, Green is one of the faces on the Mount Rushmore of Golden State.
There are many new up-and-comers who are making noise for the Warriors, such as Jordan Poole, Andrew Wiggins, and others.
But few of them will ever surpass Green and Thompson in this amazing playoff record.
