There are many things bothering the Golden State Warriors right now, but are locker room problems one of them?
Speaking on KNBR, Warriors insider John Dickinson said that two players have been bringing down the team’s chemistry.
“I’ll say it: I think Klay Thompson and Draymond Green both have hurt the Warriors’ culture. Klay Thompson has been nothing but angry, pretty much from the beginning of last year’s struggles,” Dickinson said.
“He’s turned into the angry dude,” he added, before noting that Thompson, Green, and certain veterans have created a divide between the more experienced players and the younger athletes on the roster.

Thompson’s anger has been evident for a while now and he seems to have a chip on his shoulder, mostly because he isn’t performing like he used to.
Dickinson is suggesting that Thompson is unhappy with how he’s been playing and that has affected his personality and attitude.
And that, in turn, has affected the rest of the team.
As for Green, it’s not surprising to hear Dickinson say that he has had a negative impact on the team.
For years now, fans and analysts have complained about Green’s attitude and how he interacts with others, even with people on his team.
His fight with Jordan Poole last summer was a prime example of that.
If there really is a divide between the veteran stars and the younger players, that will need to be addressed by Steve Kerr and his coaching staff.
A team cannot find great success if they simply cannot get along.
There are many problems with the Warriors right now and they need to try to fix all of them.
If Thompson and Green are bringing the team down, they need to adjust their outlook and personalities, or else head to a different squad.
