Puka Nacua of the Los Angeles Rams had a sensational rookie season, earning multiple NFL records and becoming one of the most exciting young players in the league.
Like most other football players, his season is over as he awaits Sunday’s Super Bowl, and he is now enjoying his time off.
He appeared on Friday’s Run It Back and was humorously informed that he has an NBA doppelganger.
When informed that Golden State Warriors rookie Gui Santos looks a lot like him, Nacua said that he was ready to help the ailing Warriors.
“If [the Warriors] need someone to come off the bench and get five rebounds for them…I’m telling you I could run up and down the court and get layups,” he said.

Nacua seems very eager to assist the Warriors, promising that he’d fit in well alongside Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and the rest of the team.
They could definitely use his help this year, as the team is still the 11th seed in the West with a 24-25 record.
While those aren’t good numbers for the Warriors, they have now won three games in a row and there is some hope that maybe they are turning things around, even though they didn’t make any big moves at the trade deadline.
As for Santos, he hasn’t been able to do much for the Warriors this year, only playing for an average of 9.7 minutes during his 11 games.
In that time, he has averaged 4.1 points and 2.7 rebounds.
While that is not an outstanding start for the 21-year-old rookie, the Warriors player might be able to develop more and create a bigger role for himself in the seasons ahead.
If not, Nacua is ready to take over for him.
