Chris Paul’s first season with the Golden State Warriors is about to begin and there are still a lot of questions about his role within the team.
Paul is unquestionably one of the best basketball players alive and will bring an immense amount of expertise and experience to the Warriors.
But will he fit?
The league tweeted a video of Paul on the team’s practice court, looking healthy, rested, and ready to play.
He looked like his regular self and that could end up being a great benefit to the Warriors.

Paul played in the Warriors’ first preseason game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
During his 13 minutes, he posted 6 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists.
It was a small sample size but Paul seemed to mesh well with the team.
Everyone is curious to see how he does in the next preseason game, set for Friday night again versus the Lakers.
Even at 38 years old, Paul is still a powerful guard, debatably one of the best of all time.
The video shows that he continues to move like a man ten years younger than him and can still outsmart nearly any opponent.
Yet, some remain nervous about his long-term role with the Warriors.
They have no shortage of leaders and sharpshooters so Paul’s skills might become redundant.
But it’s too early to worry about that because the season hasn’t started yet.
Paul is doing the work needed to stay physically and mentally sharp and he appears ready to play.
