Steph Curry has been a vital part of the Golden State Warriors ever since he entered the league.
With Curry, the team has experienced a huge resurgence and has won four Finals.
Of all the stars in the league, Curry is more associated with his team than perhaps any other and the idea of him ever being traded seems beyond far-fetched.
But one NBA expert thought about it, just for the heck of it.

Bill Simmons and NBA analyst Ryan Russillo put together a list of the top 64 trade assets in the NBA.
Basically, they surmised which players were the most valuable to their teams and, therefore, least likely to be on the trading block.
Curry was towards the top – but he wasn’t number one.
He was slotted in the number four spot in a category of players considered “completely and utterly untouchable.”
So who came in above Curry on this list?
Curry Is (Almost) King
The top three spots on this list must be pretty great if they can surpass Curry, right?
Sure enough, only Giannis Antetokounmpo, Luka Doncic, and Nikola Jokic ranked higher than Curry.
In the end, none of these guys have a chance at being traded away, unless they demand it.
Of all the players in the top four, Curry seems like the least likely to do just that – he has always been someone who has preached loyalty with his squad until the very end.
He wants to retire at Golden State and he may very well get his wish.
Many things may come and go and change for the Warriors over the next few years but Curry plans to be a mainstay.
And when his next contract extension comes around, don’t be surprised if he lands the biggest NBA deal of all time.
