Stephen Curry is unarguably the primary reason behind the success of the Golden State Warriors in the modern era.
The veteran point guard has spent his entire career with the organization since getting drafted as the seventh overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft.
He has helped the Warriors win four NBA championships and contributed to the team in a plethora of ways.
However, one thing that makes him a likeable teammate is how well he treats other players on the team.
Speaking of which, former Warriors player Jordan Bell recently heaped huge praise on Curry as a teammate via Tidal League on YouTube.
“Steph don’t know he’s Steph. He don’t know he’s best shooter- I’m not saying he don’t know that, but he doesn’t carry himself like that. He’s a people person,” Bell said of Curry.
Jordan Bell mentioned how Curry has always been a people person, and the four-time NBA champion is, in a way, unaware of his stature in the NBA.
Curry is regarded as the best shooter to ever play in the league, but having that title has never changed the veteran guard’s behavior.
If anything, most fans love Curry for being a humble person despite having a successful NBA career.
Curry’s positive influence on his teammates is evident from Bell’s comments about him despite the latter only spending two seasons with the Warriors.
As for Curry in the 2023-24 NBA season, he is averaging 26.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game for the Warriors as a 35-year-old.
Unfortunately, Curry’s numbers aren’t resulting in good results for the Warriors, as the organization is currently the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a terrible 18-22 record this season.
