The Golden State Warriors are currently struggling to win games in the 2023-24 NBA season.
Despite a 5-1 start to the season, the Dubs currently have a 6-7 record following their most recent defeat against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Warriors are currently on a five-game losing streak as the entire team is struggling to play well in the absence of Stephen Curry.
However, one silver lining about the Warriors’ woes is the emergence of Brandin Poziemski during his rookie year.
In fact, Santa Clara Broncos’ assistant coach Ryan Madry recently spoke about Brandin Poziemski always being a special player via Warriors on NBCS on Twitter.

The Golden State Warriors selected Poziemski using the 19th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft.
Despite being a mid-first-round pick, Poziemski has shown signs of elite basketball that could make a solid player for the Warriors in the future.
So far, Poziemski has played eight games for the Warriors in the 2023-24 NBA season and has averaged 7.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game.
However, the young stud’s elite shooting from the floor has impressed fans the most.
As of now, he’s shooting 50.0% from the field and 50.0% from the three-point line.
Considering the Warriors are struggling to win games right now, head coach Steve Kerr may try to give more minutes to the rookie.
Who knows, Poziemski may become the player who gets the Dubs out of the slump.
Can the 20-year-old continue playing at this level for the rest of the season? Well, if he can, he may get selected into the NBA’s All-Rookie team for this season.
