Klay Thompson was drafted by the Golden State Warriors as the 11th overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft.
Since then, Thompson has been a vital member of the organization and has helped the Dubs win four NBA championships in six trips to the Finals.
While Thompson will undoubtedly be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in the future, as of now, there is some chatter about the veteran star being past his prime.
Thompson was expected to have one of the best years of his career this season due to being on an expiring contract.
Unfortunately, the five-time NBA All-Star has failed to impress the Warriors and hasn’t received a hefty contract extension.
Despite that, NBA analyst Chris Mannix believes there is still a market for the 34-year-old via 95.7 The Game on Twitter.
“Even though it’s been a struggle for him this year, I have not talked to many, if any, people who think he’s just washed,” Mannix said.
"There will be teams after Klay Thompson this offseason. Even though it's been a struggle for him this year, I have not talked to many, if any, people who think he's just washed."

Due to Thompson’s struggles this season, many believe that the Warriors may refrain from re-signing him in the summer of 2024.
However, it’s unlikely that Thompson will leave the team amid head coach Steve Kerr signing a two-year, $35 million contract extension.
Even if Thompson is forced to test the open market in the worst-case scenario, Mannix claims that not many are convinced that the Warriors star is washed.
Keeping that in mind, even if he plays at this current level, he could find a new team sooner rather than later.
Thompson has played 52 games this season and contributed 17.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game for the Warriors.
But on the negative side, he has shot 41.7% from the floor, including 37.2% from the three-point line.
